Dr. Arbuck is board certified by the American Academy of Pain Management and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He practices Psychiatry and Pain Management as dual specialties, helping patients with the most complicated conditions that may have become resistant to treatment.

Board certified in Occupational, Preventive and Environmental Medicine with a special certificate in Pain Medicine. Dr. Wright’s continuing education has focused on and is specifically limited to Pain Medicine. He provides both pharmaceutical management and various interventional procedures.

Dr. Durell is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Gleckman provides a full spectrum of psychological services including; pre-surgical evaluations for bariatrics, spinal cord stimulators, and additional medical procedures, group psychotherapies for chronic pain and borderline personality disorder, and individual psychotherapy for patients struggling with both chronic pain a full array of psychiatric/psychological disorders.

Board certified in Podiatry, Dr. Krueger treats patients surgically and in the clinic. With many spine, back and leg pain conditions, the origin of the pain may be found in the (dis)function of the feet. Dr. Krueger aids in this diagnosis and treatment, as well as many issues related to diabetes.

Board certifications for Dr. Gaither include Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Pain patients benefit by his attention to restoring normal sleep patterns so the body’s hormones may aid the healing process.

Dr. Fleming provides a broad range of psychological services including; conducting psychodiagnostic evaluations, performing pre-surgical evaluations, and providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy for patients struggling with both chronic pain and a full array of psychiatric/psychological disorders.

With more than eleven years of experience with the chronic pain population, Teresa’s focus is on activities of daily living, work, and leisure by utilizing EMG, biofeedback, TENS unit, ice massage and life management strategies. She also administers cranial sacral therapy for appropriate patients. Teresa’s primary goal is to get the patient back to activities the patient wants to do with as little pain as possible.
