We offer intensive individual treatment plans to patients with intractable pain conditions. The usual protocol includes 3 to 6 weeks of multi-specialty care aimed at breaking a viscous cycle of pathology including:
• Daily medication adjustments
• Physical rehabilitation
• Psychological rehabilitation
• Interventional pain management

The initial evaluation is two hours, performed by Dr. Dmitry Arbuck, MD, creating a treatment plan which will be implemented in a comprehensive way by a team assembled on the basis of individual patient needs.

Some of the treatment plans may include:
• Up to several days of hospitalization if drastic medication changes are necessary
• Daily appointments for continuing medication adjustments
• Daily appointments for psychological and pain counseling
• Daily physical therapy
• Daily occupational therapy
• Daily hyperbaric oxygenation
• Metabolic/Endocrine evaluation and treatment
• Nutritional evaluation and treatment
• Acupuncture treatment
• Blocks and injections
• Diagnostic tests and labs

These comprehensive treatment programs are available for a flat rate (exclusive of hospitalization, more complicated interventional procedures, labs, MRIs, CTs, and other tests, etc.).

Ideally we would want to discuss your care with doctors who have treated you before coming to Meridian Health Group. Also we would like to talk with your relatives or friends who you trust to assemble a complete picture of your function.
